Booking & Cancellation Policy
Reservations Advance reservations are required for all Savor Bozeman food tours. Bookings can be made directly through our website and are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Guests will receive a confirmation email with tour details after completing their booking. Tour Duration & Participation Tours typically last approximately 2.5–3 hours and include several walking stops in downtown Bozeman. Guests should be comfortable walking up to approximately 1.5–2 miles at a relaxed pace. Cancellation Policy If a registered tour guest cancels 48 hours or more prior to the tour, you will be refunded your ticket cost less an 8% processing fee per ticket. This small fee covers what your credit card charges for the original ticket as well as the refund Any booking may be rescheduled to another date, at no charge and space permitting, if done at least 48 hours prior to the tour. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour start time and no-shows are non-refundable, as food orders and restaurant arrangements are made in advance. Tour Minimums & Operator Cancellation Tours require a minimum number of participants to operate. If minimum participation is not met or if circumstances require cancellation (such as severe weather or unforeseen events), Savor Bozeman reserves the right to cancel the tour. In this case, guests will be offered: A full refund, or The option to reschedule to another available date. Weather Policy Tours operate in most weather conditions. Guests are encouraged to dress appropriately for the forecast. In the event of unsafe or severe weather, we may cancel or reschedule tours for guest safety. Dietary Restrictions & Allergies Guests should notify us of dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of booking. While we work with our restaurant partners to accommodate common dietary needs, accommodations cannot always be guaranteed. Guests with severe food allergies participate at their own discretion. Late Arrivals Tours begin promptly at the scheduled start time. Out of respect for restaurants and other guests, tours cannot be delayed for late arrivals. Guests who miss the tour start time may not receive refunds or rescheduling. Alcohol Service Some tours may include alcoholic beverages. Guests consuming alcohol must be 21 years or older and may be asked to present valid identification.
