Participant Agreement & Liability Waiver

 

Savor Bozeman Food Tours

By booking or participating in a Savor Bozeman tour, guests agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

Participation in a walking food tour involves inherent risks, including but not limited to walking on sidewalks and streets, entering restaurants and public venues, weather exposure, and consuming food and beverages prepared by third parties.

Guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the tour.

Release of Liability

Participants agree to release and hold harmless Savor Bozeman, its owner, employees, contractors, partners, and participating restaurants from claims, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from participation in the tour, except where prohibited by law.

 

Health & Dietary Responsibility

Guests are responsible for informing Savor Bozeman of dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of booking. While we attempt to accommodate dietary needs when possible, accommodations cannot be guaranteed.

Guests assume responsibility for any food-related reactions or health concerns resulting from participation.

 

Alcohol Consumption

Alcohol may be served on certain tours. Guests consuming alcohol must be at least 21 years old and present valid identification if requested. Guests agree to drink responsibly and understand that participation may be refused to anyone appearing intoxicated or disruptive.

 

Physical Ability

Participants should be comfortable walking approximately 1.5–2 miles over the course of the tour at a relaxed pace. Guests acknowledge they are physically able to participate safely.

 

Conduct During Tour

Savor Bozeman reserves the right to remove participants without refund if their behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or negatively impacts other guests or tour partners.

 

Photography & Marketing

Photos or videos may occasionally be taken during tours for promotional use. Participation grants permission for Savor Bozeman to use such images unless a guest notifies the guide that they prefer not to appear in promotional materials.

 

Agreement Acceptance

Booking and participating in a Savor Bozeman tour indicates acceptance of this agreement and waiver.
